Renting storage units seems like a simple job: you open the door to your self-storage unit, you shove your stuff in, and you shut the door. But storing your items needs to be treated with care and having access to the proper packing supplies is essential to protect and preserve your belongings. At South Bay Storage Center, we sell all the packing supplies you need to make sure your items leave our facility the same way they arrived.
The following storage and packing supplies are available to purchase:
TIP: Before putting items in a box, make a list and assign each to their respective boxes. Make labels for each box and attach these labels to all sides of the box, as well as the top. When making your list, also jot down the estimated replacement value or each, particularly if you want to insure your things. If there are breakables, place “fragile” stickers on the box.
